Brocade and Brocade




I made this brocade dress for the spring race, although
I don't go to the race. When I saw this brocade fabric I
thought  it could be a nice spring race dress. Brocade 
and gold thread was a big trend running through last 
season, designers like Dries Van Noten, Marni, 
Marchesa and Proenza & Schouler.

    Lovely Otga! DId you self draft or is it based on a pattern? I love the racer back silhouette, especially in the front. Super flattering and what a fabric!

      Thank you Heather,
      I made the pattern but it was not that hard. If you want to have this I can show you how to do it. (on skype) The fabric is brocade but it's not silk brocade.
