Ruddy Pink and Apricot Grey

Recently, I bought this Stuart Weitzman shoes from Amazon
and when I saw the online the colour was more vivid, brighter
but when I've got the shoe the colour wasn't I expected one.
That is bad side of the online shopping. Anyway, the shape
and comfiness is great and the hill so sexy. Then I  decided to
keep it and make an outfit for this shoes. For top fabric is philosophy
jersey from Tessuti, the skirt is silk linen fabric from Rathdown and
the jacket woven fabric from Mad Fabric. I love the jacket colour
at once I saw it and it was $5 a metre, can you believe it!!!

Black and orange dress inspired by Bertolucci's
 "The Dreamers"
scene

Bernardo Bertolucci is one of my favourite Italian film director,
whose films are known for their colourful visual style. Me and my
daughter's favourite movie "The Dreamers" is one of his masterpiece.
The below controversial graphic sex scene by Eva Green somehow
sticked in my mind, perhaps I watched this movie over and over.
Anyway, when I bought this ponti fabric from Tessuti imagining
this dress in my mind. I used my simple summer dress pattern
and just extended the sleeves. It was easy to make and comfy
to wear.

My first jacket

I bought this beautiful cashmere wool fabric at
Tessuti. I used a simple oversized t-shirt pattern
and extended front center as shown on the picture.
I didn't know that professionals sew a jacket
they use two piece sleeve pattern generally. However
it comes up not that bad- only professionals will notice it.

Grey and Red

I introduced my perfect red pumps on previous
post. The magic thing is when I wear this red
pumps I feel sexy and happy. So I made this silverish grey top and pants
for my red pump. I used McCall'sM6403 as the pattern
for the pants. Fabrics from Tessuti, belt from
Scanlan & Theodore.

Pink dress

I bought this crazy pink fabric a few months ago and thought
it could be nice if mixed with different bold colour. However,
it was hard to find a matching texture of fabric. Eventually,
I found a similar black fabric at Tessuti. Then I was playing
with the basic bodice to this dress pattern and was happy with the fittings.
After finishing this dress I came across Karl Lagerfield's Indian
Inspiration on style.com and I really liked the pajami (leggings).
I imagined that golden pajami would be nice with this dress.
So I'm still working on the pattern of
pajami (leggings).
